On the big day you arrive and run through the starting gantry starting your race time. We are doing this to ensure the social distancing is possible at all times and restrict the numbers of competitors on the course by only allocating a certain number of entries to each hour window.

Recent flooding that struck the Mournes and submerged ½ of Newcastle had a devastating impact on many of the bridges and riverside paths in Tollymore.

The course will be clearly marked with signage and distance markers.
